शैक्षणिक पात्रता आणि वयोमर्यादा –
१. सेक्युरिटी एक्झिक्युटिव :
- पात्रता –
- उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठातून किंवा शिक्षणसंस्थेतून पदवीधर असावा.
- NCC प्रशिक्षण किंवा सेक्युरिटी प्रशिक्षण असलेल्या उमेदवारांना प्राधान्य देण्यात येईल.
- उमेदवारांस मूलभूत संगणक ज्ञान तसेच संवादकौशल्य असणे गरजेचे आहे.
- ज्या उमेदवाराची निवड करण्यात येईल त्यांना १३ दिवसांच्या BCAS – AVSEC कोर्स किमान ८० % गुण मिळवून पूर्ण करणे आवश्यक आहे.
- वयोमर्यादा : २८ वर्षे.
वयोमर्यादा –
किमान १८ ते कमाल २८ वर्षापर्यंत
- OBC – NCL उमेदवारांसाठी – ०३ वर्षे सूट
- SC / ST उमेदवारांसाठी – ०५ वर्षे सूट
*SC / ST / PWD / Ex-Servicemen उमेदवारांना वयामध्ये मिळणारी सूट भारत सरकार च्या नियमावली प्रमाणे असेल.
वेतनश्रेणी – रुपये २७,४५० /- प्रती महिना
वेतन आणि कार्यकाळ ( भरती कंत्राटी – Contract Basis स्वरूपाची आहे. ) संबंधी अधिक माहिती मिळवण्यासाठी उमेदवारांनी मूळ जाहिरात वाचणे गरजेचे आहे.

मुलाखतीसाठी सूचना –

उमेदवारांनी अर्ज करण्यापूर्वी पुढील गोष्टीची काळजी घ्यावी:
१. उमेदवारांनी फोटो स्कॅन कॉपी (साईझ जाहिरातीत देण्यात आली आहे) सोबत ठेवणे आवश्यक आहे.
२. उमेदवारांनी स्वाक्षरी स्कॅन कॉपी (साईझ जाहिरातीत देण्यात आली आहे) सोबत ठेवणे आवश्यक आहे.
३. स्वाक्षरी कॅपिटल लेटर्स (इंग्रजी मोठ्या लिपीमध्ये) असता कामा नये.
४. उमेदवारांनी वैध ओळखपत्र (आधारकार्ड / पॅनकार्ड / इतर वैध ओळखपत्र) सोबत बाळगावे.
५. आवश्यक कागदपत्रांची प्रती दिलेल्या आकारमानात असाव्या आणि मूळ रंगात असाव्या.
६. कागदपत्रांच्या धूसर किंवा अस्पष्ट प्रतिमा गृहीत धरल्या जाणार नाहीत.
७. अस्पष्ट कागदपत्रे किंवा चेहरा झाकलेले फोटोग्राफ्स असलेले अर्ज स्वीकारण्यात येणार नाहीत.
८. उमेदवाराकडून जोडण्यात आलेले डॉक्युमेंट्स ऑनलाइन किंवा संगणकीकृत परीक्षा / मुलाखतीच्या वेळेस उमेदवार सोबत आणण्यास समर्थ असला पाहिजे.
९. वरील पैकी कोणतेही नियम अर्जदाराकडून मोडण्यात आल्यास निवड प्रक्रियेच्या कोणत्याही पायरीवर अर्ज रद्द होऊ शकतो.
१०. शेवटच्या क्षणी होणारा गोंधळ टाळण्यासाठी उमेदवारांनी अंतिम तारखेच्या आधी अर्ज जमा करावे.

Educational qualification –
- Candidate should be graduate from recognized university or educational institute.
- Candidate should have good oral and written communication skills.
- After selection, candidate has to complete BCAS – AVSEC course of 13 days with at least 80 %.
*The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of qualification, and age shall be 01 January 2024.
Age Limit –
Min. 18 to max 28 years of age.
Age Relaxation for categories will be as follows :
- OBC-NCL – Candidates – 03 years relaxation
- SC / ST Candidates – 05 years relaxation
*Age relaxation for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen will be as per Government of India guidelines.
Pay scale – Rs. 27450 /- per month.

- Candidate who are not eligible according to criteria given by AIASL, will be disqualified by the recruitment panel.
- Candidate Should bring all the documents and certificate with 2 self attested copies at the time of interview.
